OK, here is the latest and last word on pictures (sorry the schedule keeps changing!). I will be taking ALL of the team pictures before the game this Saturday. It doesn't work to take them after since the kids are off and running.
So, if members of the 9-11 year old team and their coaches can be at the field by 4pm and members and coaches of the 7-8 year old team can be at the field by 4:10pm. Then, if the members and coaches of the 5-6 year old team can be at the field by 4:15pm. That would allow the coaches to have all the kids by 4:20 for warm ups. In order for this schedule to work I need the coaches to help round up the kids on their teams and get them to the field. I have no idea who's on which team. Thank you!
We will take the pictures at the fence of the main baseball field.
Now, for individual pictures. If your child has not taken their individual picture yet, please have them come over to the blue fence (direction of the pool) immediately after the game. I will take the pictures as quickly as possible so everyone can get going.
My family will not be at the game on the 17th. So this is it for the team pictures. I will be available for individual pictures the day of the final game and party, but it would be best to get them done this Saturday so that the kids can enjoy their party the last day.
