End of the Season Party

HI Everyone,

Just some information about the end of the season party and also Finances...

I purchased the trophies and received them today. The cost for Trophies was 189.50. I also have a friend who has a Bouncer rental and she gave me a great deal so we will have a bouncer at the party! The Party will be in our backyard this year because we can't reserve the picnic area and it always seems to be used on Saturday evenings.

With the remainder of the funds. $133.00 We will provide hot dogs/buns, Drinks, paper ware and all condiments . I was hoping each family could bring a side dish with them and also if you have any tables and chairs that would be really helpful!

We will start the party right after the baseball game so around 5:30. The children will also be receiving their trophies at the party.
