Final Blog- Pictures, Equipment and Finale

Just some information as we wind up the season... Our photographer was not able to take the pictures last week, but I did speak with her and she will be there this Saturday at 2:45 to take pictures and whatever is not done before hand will be done after the games. She will also be taking Team pictures during half time- Thank- You, Kelly.

We will be having Hot dogs and chips after the game for those of you who have rsvp'd to Jean and we will also be passing out trophies to those of you who have ordered and paid for them. If you need to leave right after the game just let Cassie White or La Rae Krey know and you can get your trophies right away and head off.

The Tree Family will be collecting all of the Equipment. Please get all vests and bags, balls, coolers, Ice bags,tables, etc. to the Tree family. It's very important that everything is turned in so that things don't need to be tracked down later.

Hello Everyone,

Due to a death in the family we will be traveling to Arizona next week and will not be here for the last practice and game. We hope you all enjoyed the season and will miss being with you.

I wanted to take this opportunity to Thank everyone involved who has been such a help! From coaches, to water cooler carriers, to T- shirts, Snack and drink reminders, Trophies, End of the season finale, and there are so many more I can't even name everyone.

Thank-you for your participation and efforts. I have missed being there due to my school schedule, but I am so grateful to all of you who faithfully showed up and did your part ( many times above and beyond your part!)

End of the season party, April 25th

The end of the season is fast approaching which brings us to the"End of the season Party".
This will be held after the last game of the season. We usually do it right at the picnic tables by the field.

The trophies will be handed out and we will all have a meal together. To those who haven't attended before I would highly encourage you to come. It is fun for the parents and children.

Jean Larson has offered to be in charge this Season. Thanks, Jean for your willingness to take on such a big project!

Many of you signed up to help Jean. Thank- you also!

If you are planning to attend please email Jean asap so that she can get a head count. Please let her know if your family is coming and how many there will be.

Pictures

Pictures will start this Saturday. The individual pictures will be done alphabetically by last name. Sat April 11th will be A-H, Sat April 18th will be I-P and Sat April 25th will be Q-Z.

Please be at the field at 3:00 on your day. Please make sure your children wear their white t-shirts if possible. .

Team pictures with the coaches will be taken during half time the next few weeks. We'll start with the youngest team and work our way up.

Kelly Harvey has offered to do the pictures. It's a big job!Thank- You, Kelly!

After the pictures are taken Kelly will send them to Walmart and you will be contacted via email and can then order whatever pictures you would like from the proofs.

Trophies

It's time for trophies! Cassie White and Larae Krey will be going around and collecting money for trophies this Thursday and Satuday at the practice/game. The amount for each trophy is $7.50 ( this is at cost.)

If you don't know who Cassie or Larae are please ask someone near you and they can point them out. Also, if I am there you can ask me :0)

If you don't get the money to them by this Saturday, latest there will be an additional charge of three dollars per trophy. This money will go to the end of the season party.
