Game Cancelled Today

Hi Everyone,

The game today is cancelled. It poured all night and the fields are soaked! Even if the sun comes out today I don't think the fields would dry up enough to play. They were already a bit muddy yesterday. So, in order to let everyone plan their Day I thought I would send this out early.

We'll see you all next Friday at our last practice.

End of the Season Party

HI Everyone,

Just some information about the end of the season party and also Finances...

I purchased the trophies and received them today. The cost for Trophies was 189.50. I also have a friend who has a Bouncer rental and she gave me a great deal so we will have a bouncer at the party! The Party will be in our backyard this year because we can't reserve the picnic area and it always seems to be used on Saturday evenings.

Our address is 12670 Point Summit, 78253. My home phone is 210-462-1003.

With the remainder of the funds. $133.00 We will provide hot dogs/buns, Drinks, paper ware and all condiments . I was hoping each family could bring a side dish with them and also if you have any tables and chairs that would be really helpful!

We will start the party right after the baseball game so around 5:30. The children will also be receiving their trophies at the party.

Could you please rsvp me at my email address: Tyrina@enduretotheend.net and let me know how many people will be coming ( older and younger siblings are invited!) and also what side dish you can bring and if you can provide any tables or chairs. The Farnsworths will not be at todays practice

Just a quick note. We won't be at the practice today because of a conflict with a piano recital. We will have someone setting up and taking down the fields.

FINAL revised picture schedule!

OK, here is the latest and last word on pictures (sorry the schedule keeps changing!). I will be taking ALL of the team pictures before the game this Saturday. It doesn't work to take them after since the kids are off and running.
So, if members of the 9-11 year old team and their coaches can be at the field by 4pm and members and coaches of the 7-8 year old team can be at the field by 4:10pm. Then, if the members and coaches of the 5-6 year old team can be at the field by 4:15pm. That would allow the coaches to have all the kids by 4:20 for warm ups. In order for this schedule to work I need the coaches to help round up the kids on their teams and get them to the field. I have no idea who's on which team. Thank you!
We will take the pictures at the fence of the main baseball field.
Now, for individual pictures. If your child has not taken their individual picture yet, please have them come over to the blue fence (direction of the pool) immediately after the game. I will take the pictures as quickly as possible so everyone can get going.
My family will not be at the game on the 17th. So this is it for the team pictures. I will be available for individual pictures the day of the final game and party, but it would be best to get them done this Saturday so that the kids can enjoy their party the last day.
